I'm wondering what version of a package will be executed if I publish a new version of this package while it is in a wait status (waiting for file or for data from an rdbms) ? Will it run the new version when data comes, or will it run the new version only at the next instance of the process ?

Hi,
The current session will continue executing with the same version as it started.
The next execution will take the new one.
