@ncalon, did you resolve your issue?
If not, please open a new ticket on the support with the following elements:
1. log files of your workspace
For this navigate to <workspace_directory>/.metadata and:
a. delete all the .log files of this directory
b. Start the Designer and produce the error
c. Stop the Designer and attach all the log files of the <workspace_directory>/.metadata/ directory (all .log files) with the ticket
2. Installation details
The Installation details can be found under the following menu in the Desiger:
Help > About Stambia Designer > Installation Details > Configuration Tab.
Save all of the information of the Configuration tab in a file and attach it with the ticket
